Corn Cutlets


Corn boiled.                1 cup

Groundnuts.               1 cup

Soya sauce                   2 tbs

Mashed potatoes.     3/4 cup

Corn flour                     4 tbs

Salt.                                 To taste

Oil.                                     For fry


Grind the corn and the groundnuts to a paste .Add the remaining ingredients.

Divide the mixture into 16 portions.

Roll each portion into a ball and slightly flatten the ball .Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets till done  .

Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney .
